Incumbent legislators in New Hampshire are able to submit Legislative Service Requests (LSRs) for bill drafting prior to session starting. Although these will not necessarily become bills next year -- the legislator could lose re-election without anyone else taking it over, or could even ultimately decline to submit it -- many will, and it provides a useful preview of what's likely to be coming down the pipeline. Although LSRs can be kept private, those that are publicly-available are published here: https://gc.nh.gov/lsr_search/LSR_Results.aspx
At this point, no posted LSRs have been identified as pertaining to forced unionism. However, New England Citizens for Right to Work will monitor legislation at all stages in the process, work to keep our members informed, and tirelessly advocate for ending forced unionism.
LSR filing will reopen for both the Senate and House from November 4th to November 18th. The last day for legislators to sign off on LSRs will be December 18th for the Senate, and January 5th for the House. Check back here, because we will keep this page updated.
